A former harbour area and industrial brownfields in Friedrichshain-district of Kreuzberg were developed for media, entertainment, hotels and culture. Formely separated by the concrete curtain, the waterfront development area is among the hotspots of the city-centre’s periphery and offers unique qualities and a variety of new projects for mixed use, co-housing and co-working.
